Year end Q&A: Tony Cioffi
Reader’s Digest president and CEO Tony Cioffi is next to answer our end of year questions. Not surprisingly, he says 2011 will focus on digital and expanding the company’s multi-platform growth.
Masthead: What has been the most exciting moment for Canadian magazines in 2010?
Tony Cioffi: 2010 was a year of significant digital growth. The combined release of PMB and Comscore audience figures is a key milestone in the Canadian publishing industry. Reader's Digest at #1 confirms our multi-platform strategy is working.
MH: What is your mantra for success going into 2011?
TC: 2011 will be focused on Digital, developing products and expanding our current brands and launching new ones to support our multi-brand and multi-platform growth strategy allowing us to connect with our audiences in their platform of choice.
