The Canadian Business Press and Magazines Canada have announced the nominees for the 2010 Kenneth R. Wilson Awards (KRW Awards). Nominations include finalists for the inaugural Website of the Year and Magazine of the Year.



The three finalists for Magazine of the Year are Alberta Oil, Precedent and Salon. Finalists for the inaugural Website of the Year Award are Advisor.ca, CanadianLawyerMag.com for Canadian Lawyer magazine, CTL.ca for Canadian Transportation & Logistics magazine, Foodserviceworld.com for Food Service and Hospitality magazine, MeetingsCanada.com for Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine and Salon52.ca for Salon.

The 2010 edition of the KRW Awards are the first to be produced by the Canadian Business Press and Magazines Canada. The awards, which are owned by CBP are being managed by Barbara Gould & Associates, the same firm that produces the National Magazine Awards.

Gold, Silver and Honourable Mention Awards will be handed out at The Carlu in Toronto on June 1, 2010 at the Kenneth R. Wilson Awards gala. Tickets to the gala and a complete list of nominees are available at Krwawards.ca.
