ABC launches Canadian site, social media presence
The Audit Bureau of Circulations has launched a Canadian site, Accessabc.ca. Its launch follows a decision in March 2009 by the ABC board to give more autonomy and an expansion to its Canadian division.

ABC Canada vice president general manager, brand leadership and innovation Joan Brehl says the new site features the Canadian ABC rule books in English and French as well as special content in addition to that found on the U.S. site.

Also launched today is ABC Connection, a blog which will be continuously updated with information for members and replace the organizations monthly newsletter. “The blog is more current and faster to market,” says Brehl. In addition, ABC has launched a Twitter account and LinkedIn group to build community with members, she says.
