Trade publishers MediaEdge Publishing and Perks Publications Inc. (PPI) have merged. Currently celebrating its 50th year in the industry, PPI publishes high-quality trade magazines, journals, periodicals and newsletters for associations across Canada. MediaEdge publishes B2B magazines that include Canadian Property Management, and the American publication Services Magazine.

“Perks is a highly-respected publisher and is known for providing enhanced communication services to a key group of associations,” Robert Thompson, senior vice-president, MediaEdge said. “This is a fitting partnership and we are excited to add PPI’s talented team to our roster."
"The marketplace is rapidly evolving," Mike Nosko, president of PPI said. “Having access to MediaEdge's up-to-date products and services helps us enhance our presence and meet or exceed client and customer expectations.”

With the agreement PPI as an entity will still exist, however all of the publishing assets and staff are now operating as/and published by MediaEdge. PPI provides other services to some key clients, which will continue separate from MediaEdge, under Nosko's continued ownership.
