EquiSoft, a software-consulting firm in Montreal, has signed a multi-year contract with B2B publisher Annex Business Media, to provide Annex subscription fulfillment and audience management through its PublisherElements suite of tools.

PublisherElements is designed to help manage every element of a publisher’s content. The nine modules handle various needs including ad serving, customer care, business intelligence and multi-platform publishing.

“We are extremely proud to be able to add Annex to our client list,” Luis Romero, CEO of EquiSoft said. “This represents an important step in our strategy of providing B2B publishers with the best-in-class pursuing Audience Management tools and Database Development Services.”

Both companies are privately owned. Annex has offices in Toronto, Aurora and Simcoe. EquiSoft has offices in Philadelphia, Toronto, Cape Town and Santiago.
