ELLE QUÉBEC appoints new editor-in-chief
TC Media has announced the appointment of Mélanie Frappa as ELLE QUÉBEC’s new editor-in-chief.  Frappa formerly held the position of beauty editor-in-chief and has been with the magazine for 11 years.

The former editor-in-chief Louise Dugas left the publication for personal reasons and to seek new professional opportunities.

Prior to joining the ELLE QUÉBEC family, Frappa worked for TVA Publications. She has a BA in political science and an MA in communications.

Angélique Martel will take over Frappa’s former position until it is filled.
