Canadian Living appoints multi-platform editorial director

Martin previously worked for Rogers Media as the founding editor-in-chief for Walmart Live Better and Vivre mieux Walmart. As of Nov. 3, Martin will lead the strategic development and execution of all editorial content initiatives for the brand across multiple platforms and formats.
"Sandra is a brilliant editor and has a track record of making brands perform and shine beyond expectations, while building strong, dynamic and engaged teams to make her vision come true. "Canadian Living will be celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2015 and I am proud to have Sandra at the helm for this milestone year."
Martin has also held the position of executive editor for Today’s Parent, editor of Today’s Parent Specials, features editor at MoneySense magazine, personal finance correspondent on Global TV’s MoneyWise, FP weekend editor for the National Post, associate editor for WHERE Toronto magazine and publications editor for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Martin graduated with honours from the School of Journalism at Ryerson where she was appointed editor of the Ryerson Review of Journalism during her final year.
