Pitch Magazine promotes Black creativity

Pitch Magazine is a new print title that provides a platform for Black creative expression and showcases work from Black artists, Black poets and writers, and Black photographers.
Founder Angelo Grant says the idea for the magazine is based on his own experiences as a former student at McMaster University and as a creative who wanted to share his work but had difficulty doing so.
Issues don’t focus on particular themes, but submissions allow contributors to express themselves through their work. Currently at work on its fourth issue, the magazine carries a price tag of $20. The third issue is sold out on its website.
