Chatelaine's new editor-in-chief is Karine Ewart. She moves over from another Rogers Media title, Today's Parent, where she served as editor-in-chief since 2011.

Ewart's experience includes an editorship at Fashion18 and a number of roles at Fashion magazine. She has also worked stateside at Harper's Bazaar, and helped launch The Knot. She replaces Jane Franciso, who now heads Good Housekeeping.

Graham Scott is joining the Canadian Business team as managing editor, digital. Scott's background includes a 2008-2011 run as editor of This Magazine, and an assistant editor role at Precedent Magazine.

Melony Ward
Melony Ward starts as publisher of Canada's History on February 1, 2014. She will work with previous publisher Deborah Morrison, who continues on as president and chief executive officer.

Ward most recently worked as executive publisher of Azure and Designlines, and is a past publisher and executive director of Canadian Art magazine.

This Magazine has hired one of its former interns, Catherine McIntyre, as its new news editor.
