Kenilworth Media, Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ont., has acquired Veterinary Practice News (VPN) from Lumina Media LLC of Irvine, Calif. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Veterinary Practice News is published monthly and is dedicated to informing U.S. veterinarians about industry trends, best practices and new products as it relates to practice management, small animal and equine care, Veterinary Practice News is a BPA Worldwide audited publication, reaching 57,000 practicing veterinarians, technicians, managers and others allied to the animal health care field.
The purchase deal also includes the website, veterinarypracticenews.com, which like the publication, provides comprehensive and timely coverage of industry news and new products, highlights successful veterinary practices and practitioners, provides fresh and objective coverage of issues, trends and events, and serves as an open forum for discussing controversial topics including new profit centres and best practices.
