Covet magazine wins Maggie for best in Manitoba
 
The fifth annual "Maggie" Awards sponsored by the Manitoba Magazine Publishers' Association saw Covet magazine, launched just last year, take the prize for Magazine of the Year.

The design, renovation and lifestyle quarterly also won the Peoples' Choice Award, selected through online voting. Lit journal Prairie Fire took home the most prizes, sweeping the art and literary field with wins in all four categories.

Best Single Issue in B2B/association/custom went to the June 2012 edition of Canadian Journal of Green Building & Design, while Best Single Issue in the consumer category was awarded to the second issue of The Huddle.
