The finalists for the 2016 Canadian Online Publishing Awards (COPAs) have been announced. Currently in its eighth year, the annual awards have grown to include digital publishing.


Finalists include Chez Soi, CPA Canada, CTV News Calgary, Hakai Magazine, KISS 92.5, Macleans, Planète F Magazine, Toronto Star, University Affairs, Vice News, Western Living and Winnipeg Free Press.

Winners will be announced at the Carlu in Toronto on November 7. The festivities will include a State of Digital Seminar, focusing on the future of the industry, and will feature industry experts from Google, Indie88, Nielsen and Calexis Advertising. The seminar will be available via webcast.
