Popi Bowman, former editor for Audi and Volkswagen Magazine has left her position with Contempo Media and joined Azure magazine as its senior editor.  Bowman has worked in the American magazine industry for almost 10 years and has held positions at Nylon magazine, Motor Trend, House Beautiful special publications and Teen magazine, among others.

“Azure had been searching for a senior editor since the spring, so for about six months,” Bowman said. “I have an art history background and a long-term interest in architecture, design and urban planning, as well as web/social media experience—which will be part of my position. Azure is one of my favourite magazines, so I am thrilled to be part of the team, and I’m looking forward to celebrating the magazine’s 30th anniversary next year which is definitely a milestone, especially these days in such a tough industry!”
