The Health Journal ceases publication
Toronto-based publication The Health Journal is no longer being produced after becoming insolvent.
Publisher Chantal Goudreau responded via email to inquiries from Masthead about the closure of the magazine. "This note is to confirm that Gemini Communications Inc. [which published Health Journal] is no longer operating and is insolvent," stated Goudreau. "The company is no longer publishing any magazines under its name or under any other entity."
The magazine's website was still live as of Monday afternoon, offering subscriptions on its homepage. However, when asked about the website, Goudreau noted, "The Health Journal will not continue as an online publication. No subscriptions are accepted whatsoever. We are in the process of shutting down the site."
The nationally-distributed consumer magazine, established in 1995 [according to CARDOnline], was previously published five times a year according to the magazine's website.

How can magazines sue if the info being supplied is true?
This is a great idea. Why not e-mail the people involved in magazines who would actually want to get the ball rolling on this?
Don't let this idea die here in the comments section!
