Ryerson Review magazine looks at The Grid, Twitter, and Heather Robertson
The Winter 2012 edition of the Ryerson Review of Journalism is out, and it offers up several treats for magazine industry followers.

Here are some of the articles inside this latest offering:

  • Lost in the Grid, how the new Torstar property "is still searching for its own editorial heart and soul" (by Hayley Cullingham);
  • Hear No Error, See No Error, Post No Error, about the controversy over online corrections policies (by Rudy Lee);
  • #Twitterfight, about the "human" side of journalists being exposed through "childish sniping, iffy ethics and the sheer lunacy of public feuds" and whether it's wrong (by Raeanne Mary Quinton),
  • Firebrand, a closer look at the "fearless reporting" of magazine writer Heather Robertson;
and more.

The magazine also contains a special four-part look at Canada's far north.
