The impact of the massive decline in magazine ad sales over the last eight months or so has been devastating. Hundreds have been laid off, major titles have closed and everything from frequency to paper stock quality has been cut-back. Advertisers and agencies, meanwhile, continue to demand more from the magazines they partner with: more platforms, more integration, more discounts and deals. Wanting to delve deep into the issues facing ad reps across the industry, Masthead gathered three of the country's best and most experienced salespeople for a roundtable discussion that is now available to readers in a special new format.
