The 2019 COPA Awards Winners will be announced this Thursday, January 9, 2020 in Toronto at the Dim Sum King Restaurant. The entries this year came from all corners of Canada with finalists this year from Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. This year the COPAs introduced an Ethnic Media division as part of the awards festivities in addition to the Academic, B2B, B2C, News division. This year they had the most schools participating in the Academic division with entries from Sheridan College, Carleton, UBC, York, University of King’s College, BCIT Students Association, Ryerson and Queens University.
