Antoine Shiu is coming on board at TC Media in Toronto as vice-president, sales and creative services. He transitions from LexisNexis Canada, where he was vice-president, sales and customer service.

Rob Wilkins is retiring from his role as senior publisher at Business Information Group's Trucking Group on August 30. Wilkins has led the group for 33 years.

Lou Smyrlis steps up as publisher on September 2. He has been with the group since 1991, first with Motortruck Fleet Executive. For the past 10 years he has served as the group's editorial director, a position he will continue to hold.

Also at the Truck News/Transportation Media family, Adam Ledlow has stepped down as managing editor and is now working in marketing communications at the Canadian Hearing Society. Ledlow worked on properties including Truck News, Truck West and Fleet Executive for more than eight years.

Patrick Lauzon was announced as TC Media's senior vice-president, interactive marketing solutions. He was previously president of Mediative, a Yellow Pages Group company, and has held positions at Sun Media, Canoe.ca and Sympatico/MSN.

Andrew Lovesey
has joined the Rogers team as digital editor at Flare. He was previously social media editor at Canadian Geographic.
