People in Publishing: Tant in at HELLO! Canada, McKinley out

Tant was replaced at Flare by Miranda Purves, who was most recently lifestyle editor with Elle U.S.
Former HELLO! executive editor Tracey McKinley is no longer with Rogers, the company confirmed today. McKinley was with Rogers Publishing since 1991.
TC Media has announced that Joanne Acri is now its digital marketing director based in Toronto, effective July 16. Acri will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans for various TC Media business groups.

Chris Williams has been named president of IAB Canada, taking over from Paula Gignac. Williams formerly led IAB Canada's Agency Council and has served on its board for the past 11 years.
Fred Ouimette recently joined North Island Graphics Media (publishers of Masthead, Design Edge Canada, Graphic Monthly) as senior account manager. He has worked as a b2b publisher, particularly with Kerrwil Publications.

this story is also about the fact Tracey McKinley is out of Rogers after two decades. As far as I can see, no one else had mentioned that.
...why such a extended delay in reporting this... now I'm wondering if Masthead is a place to go for publishing news.
One has to wonder how long Rogers will continue to be in the magazine business, other than for the few titles that cross-promote their broadcast properties.
