Nuvo keeps it simple for new website
Nuvo magazine's new website boasts a responsive design with a minimalist style to highlight the publication's trademark lush photography and create space for long-form text.
The white background pulls the colourful photography off the page and leads the reader along with ease, said Alessandra Bordon, director of sales and marketing.

"We created a new way to explore our content that's easy to find and navigate," said Bordon. "It better reflects our brand and aesthetic."
The responsive design adapts the website layout to the viewer's device. From mobile phones to desktops, content fits perfectly on the page and gives the reader the optimal viewing experience while maintaining brand consistency, she said.

The website now features full articles along with additional digital content, such as photo galleries, not found in the printed version of the magazine. Also, Bordon said the magazine coordinates with advertisers to choose ads that blend with the rest of the site.
The website programming was done by Myke Preuss, founder of Assembly Digital, but according to Bordon, the design and look was a collaborative effort.
