Kim Coles, new ED at Magazines Canada

            With over 22 years working with the federal public sector and the non-profit world, Coles is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE). She specializes in working with small organizations to stabilize and modernize their operations.

            During her tenure in the public sector, she negotiated close to $1 million in compensation to an organization negatively impacted by the Federal Public Service Phoenix pay system, and an additional 30% benefits package for a membership group being transferred from the Federal Public to the Quebec Provincial sector. Coles was also involved with past successful campaigns and lobbying efforts to successfully re-open nine Veterans Affairs district offices and hire over 200 additional resources to provide services to veterans.
