House & Home media appoints new food editor
Eppich has spent most of her career in the food industry as a recipe developer, food blogger, food stylist and presenter, working for such media organizations as The Globe & Mail, City’s Breakfast Television and CTV’s Canada AM. She was also the food stylist for Lucy Waverman’s latest cookbook The Flavour Principle and a styling assistant for NBC’s Hannibal.
A graduate of George Brown’s Chef School, in her new position, Eppich will oversee the Food News, Recipe Lab and Ask A Chef features, which focus on restaurant creations readers can recreate at home.
In addition to writing for House & Home and Maison & Demure, Eppich will appear on houseandhome.com and House & Home TV.
