If you haven't had enough of royal baby George just yet, Rogers has you covered. The future king covers two regular Rogers titles plus a dedicated SIP.

Both Hello! Canada and Maclean's dropped special royal baby double issues, and a 100-page Maclean's SIP dedicated in full to His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge hit newsstands today.

The Toronto Standard's Max Mosher looks at the somehow still relevant idea of 'the September Issue,' calling it the Super Bowl for the runway set. "The dirty secret is ads are part of the fun."

TVA Publications' Clin d'oeil is nearing the end of another modeling competition, complete with a web series where readers can get to know the contestants. The winner will be announced August 3 at the Fashion and Design Festival of Montreal before heading off to New York and Toronto to meet with agencies.

Lynne Cunningham, mag industry vet and associate j-prof at Ryerson University, writes about the backlash against Rolling Stone's Dzhokhar Tsarnaev cover: "Perhaps what was most disconcerting about the whole flare-up was the pro-censorship undertones."
