The Alberta Magazine Awards recognize excellence in journalism and visual storytelling, while honouring individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Canadian magazine industry. Entry deadline is March 20, 2026, at 4 pm (MST). The awards are open to any AMPA (Alberta Magazine Publishers Association) print or digital magazine member, with the exception of Best New Magazine and Emerging Writer categories, which are open to Alberta-based non-members.
