Offman hired by Globe
Craig Offman, former executive editor of Chatelaine, was recently hired as editor of The Globe and Mail’s weekend Toronto section, Globe T.O. Offman, who has also previously worked for Time Canada and Vanity Fair, says he jumped at the opportunity to edit the new section, which he says is “full of potential.”

With the revised section, Offman hopes to “reflect the city dynamism on paper and unearth all the crazy and wonderful nooks and crannies of the city that people typically don’t get to, whether they’re really riveting personalities whom we’ve never read about, or events that are underplayed.” Offman was hired on May 4 and officially started at the Globe May 11.
