After being admonished by the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario (RGD Ontario) for a request for proposal that included a spec work request, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, which publishes Food & Drink magazine, has decided to issue an amended RFP to those participating in the process. Candidates are now being offered $5,000 to cover costs. "We reviewed  the RFP and determined there was merit in modifying it to address the concern raised," said Food & Drink publisher Wayne Leek.
