CLB Media has hired several new staff to its legal group, which includes Canadian Lawyer and Law Times.
Kelly Harris joins Canadian Lawyer InHouse as its new editor. Harris was previously director of communications for the British Columbia Government caucus. Harris worked with government for five years and prior to that worked in daily newspapers in both B.C. and Alberta.
Glenn Kauth joins CLB Media's legal group as a staff writer. Previously Kauth was a reporter at the Sun in Edmonton.
Also joining the legal group is Neal Adams, who will serve as copy editor for all the publications.
Finally, former Maclean’s and Canadian Business publisher (and Masthead columnist) Paul Jones was recently elected to the Board of Directors at Canada’s National History Society, which publishes The Beaver and Kayak: Canada’s History Magazine for Kids. Jones, as Masthead readers will have learned in the Sept/Oct issue, has “a keen interest in family history.” He also recently concluded a two-year term as chair of the Toronto Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society.
