Readers Digest amalgamates sales teams into RDMedia
Reader’s Digest has amalgamated its advertising sales teams into RDMedia, a division which will oversee all initiatives pertaining to the company’s print and online media properties, says company president and CEO Tony Cioffi.

The move was made after a thorough review of client needs, says Cioffi. “By re-grouping the sales force it reinforces our ability to develop multi-brand and multi-platform in a 360 degree way,” he says.

The new RDMedia team consists of about 25 employees, says Cioffi, and means the promotion of Reader’s Digest and Sélection associate publisher Nancy Bradshaw to the position of group director, sales and marketing solutions and Best Health and Our Canada associate publisher Michelle Kellner is promoted to director of integrated marketing services.

Three positions have also been eliminated in the changes, but names and titles were not released by Cioffi.
