Ryerson Review of Journalism discusses Occupy Wall Street, Sportsnet, and more
The Ryerson Review of Journalism released its summer 2012 edition, and with it, numerous articles relating to the magazine industry.

Eight Rebels with a Cause
- The history of advocacy journalism, in wake of the influence Adbusters magazine had on the Occupy Wall Street movement (by Trisha Marie Failho and Miranda Newman). 
 
Classic Gopnik - Adam Gopnik has returned to New York after five years as the Paris correspondent for The New Yorker, with the profile detailing his experiences and journalistic ideals (by Matthew Braga). 
 
Supportnet - How Rogers Sportsnet is spending large to build a brand empire with the launch of Sportsnet print magazine, the only general interest sports magazine exclusively in Canada (by Scaachi Koul).

Produced by final-year students at Ryerson University's School of Journalism, the Review is a biannual magazine that reports on Canadian journalism. The newsstand price is $7.95 and subscription costs $24.95 for three years or $17.95 for two.
