Sharp Magazine signs brand and content agreement with Russian publisher
Contempo Media-published men’s style and lifestyle magazine Sharp Magazine has signed a brand and content licensing agreement with Russian publisher Smart Readers.
The contract will see Sharp Magazine printed and distributed to about 150,000 readers eight times per year in Russia, says editorial and creative director Michael Le Fave. “Much of the content will be translated from the Canadian magazine,” he says. “Part of it will be produced in Russia by Smart Readers.”
Sharp Magazine is published six times per year in Canada, with a biannual SIP Book for Men. It distributes 146,000 copies, mainly through its partnership with the Globe and Mail and is CCAB audited.
