Ken Whyte named executive vp of all consumer titles at Rogers Publishing
Ken Whyte has expanded his role of executive vice president, consumer publishing to include French titles at the company, confirmed a Rogers representative.
Whyte is now responsible for the company's French titles, including LouLou, Châtelaine, and L’actualité; as well as Hello! Canada in addition to his previous commitments, said Rogers Publishing president and CEO Brian Segal in a note to Rogers staff.
Ken Whyte was appointed executive vice president, consumer publishing last fall. He joined Rogers in February 2005 as publisher and editor of Maclean’s. He became publisher at Canadian Business, PROFIT, MoneySense and Chatelaine and was named vice-president, consumer publishing in August 2009.

I started my publishing career in the days of Maclean Hunter, and have enjoyed the ride ever since (except for 2009/2010!). Not sure how this makes my comment biased or less valuable...
