SCOREGolf Magazine celebrates 30th anniversary with special interest issue
SCOREGolf Magazine is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a special Play Better Golf issue, featuring the best of its popular instruction section over the years in addition to new tips from Masters champion Mike Weir.
The 100-page issue features 75% editorial and is being distributed on newsstands, a departure for the controlled circulation magazine. “We are normally available through golf clubs that purchase the magazine from us and distribute it,” says SCOREGolf vie president Bob Weeks. The issue is the first of three special interest publications for the magazine this year. August will see the release of its Top 100 Golf Course issue and its guide to golf pools will be released in the fall.
SCOREGolf Magazine is published quarterly by SCOREGolf, a program which started in 1980 for the Canadian Open.
