Always be networking

Through the wonders of Facebook, last night I got together with some friends from high school who I haven't seen, well, since high school. It was a productive night: I found a writer and my husband made contact with someone who works in his field. You can't be shy about talking shop or handing out business cards (which you should always have with you, even if you're just going to the grocery store).
