St. Joseph Media to restructure
In a bid to support the growth its experienced in its content solutions division, St. Joseph Media has announced plans to restructure.

 Duncan Clark
Duncan Clark has been appointed vice president of strategic development and will be responsible for leading the organization across its digital, social media, video, event and print platforms. Clark comes to the organization from Postmedia, where he was the vice president of strategic initiatives.

Former vice president & group publisher, English brands for
Jacqueline Loch
TVA, Jacqueline Loch is also joining St. Joseph as its vice president of content solutions. In her new position, Loch will work with the company’s largest clients to create cross platform content.

Loch is a member of the Custom Content Council in New York and has developed multi platform strategies for companies including Dior, HBC, Coty, L’Oréal Canada, Walmart, Air Miles/LoyaltyOne, Canadian Tire and Rogers Communications.

 Douglas Kelly
Douglas Kelly, St. Joseph’s managing director of strategic content labs since 2014, has been promoted to the senior vice president position in the same division. Kelly comes from Postmedia, where he was the publisher of the National Post.

Along with the new appointments, St. Joseph will complete the total integration of its branded print, digital and social media editorial and account management operations that began a year ago. FASHION Magazine, Men’s FASHION, Weddingbells, Mariage Québec, Glow, Pure and Canadian Family’s digital and print platforms will all report to Lilia Lozinski, senior vice president and group publisher, women’s brands.

Toronto Life and torontoist.com platforms will report to Ken Hunt, publisher of Toronto Life and the print and digital production team will report to Darlene Storey, vice president of production and consumer marketing.

Because of the changes, Debra Rother, the associate publisher advertising for the women’s group and Lindsay Wells, the associate publisher for Toronto Life, will be leaving St. Joseph Media.

Debra Rother has been with FASHION and the women’s group of St. Joseph Media for 14 years. She has made a significant contribution to the organization and will be missed. Lindsay Wells joined Toronto Life close to 3 year ago and has been a tireless voice for Toronto Life. We wish her well.
