PrintAction appoints a new publisher

Annex Business Media has announced the appointment of Paul Grossinger as the new publisher of PrintAction magazine, effective Dec. 5. Sara Young, the departing publisher has held the position since 1991. Young has expanded the brand’s offerings, and added an awards program in 2006 that has since become the Canadian Printing Awards—an event that drew over 260 attendees and 100 nominations in 2014.

In 2013, Annex Business Media purchased PrintAction from Youngblood Publishing. Young has spent the last year helping transition the team to its new home. Annex Business Media stated, “Sara is a highly respected advertising sales professional and Annex Business Media wishes Sara well in her future endeavors.”

In his new position Grossinger will work with editor Jon Robinson and associate publisher Stephen Longmire, to continue to bring the printing market fresh ways to communicate.
