's 300th issue is on stands. It features a 14-page look at celebrity milestones over the years, and includes an interview with Margaret Trudeau, who covered the mag's inaugural issue in 2006.

Maisonneuve editor-in-chief Drew Nelles tweeted today that he'll be vacating his role in a few months and leaving Montreal for the Big Apple. Want his job? Also, check out Maisonneuve's site redesign.

New Canadian Geographic senior editor Aaron Kylie waved hello on Wednesday with a post on the CG Compass blog.

launched the first instalment of its new online video promo strategy. It features photog Roy Kerwood's bed-in experience with Jon and Yoko; check it out on Scott Bullock's Covers Sell blog.

A year after Godengo purchased Texterity to form Godengo+Texterity, the mobile publishing provider has rebranded as GTxcel. Look for new products for web and mobile like Rivista5, a responsive CMS.

The Walrus is collaborating with the Royal Ontario Museum to create a 120-page book highlighting select museum pieces, in celebration of the ROM's centennial next year. Walrus editor John Macfarlane and ROM vice president of communications Kelvin Browne will lead the project.
