Get Out There Magazine and Liveoutthere.com team up to get Canadians active
Outdoor enthusiasts are in for a treat, starting May 1, when Get Out There Magazine and Liveouthere.com officially begin their partnership.
Six times a year, Get Out There magazine produces 70,000 copies of their publication, giving Canadians the latest on outdoor recreation, endurance and sports adventures. Live Out There provides Canadians with the equipment and clothing needed to take these adventures.
Joining forces was a no brainer for publisher Marissa Schroder, who met with Jamie Clarke CEO, and co-founder of Live Out There and David Nagy VP of marketing, to put together a one-stop shop for their target audience.
“We ship a quantity of magazines to LiveOutThere.com, based on the number of packages they expect to ship out during the period our issue will be on the street,” Schroder said. “LiveOutThere.com then includes a copy of the magazine in each individual shipment to customers. We’re literally delivering outdoor inspiration by mail.”
The collaboration will coincide with Get Out There’s May and June issues but Schroder’s expectation is to continue working together as long as it makes sense for both teams.
