NatGeo is the top U.S. mag in Canada: AAM
National Geographic holds the No. 1 spot in the Alliance for Audited Media (AAM)'s latest rundown of the top American publications in Canada according to total circulation.
The list reflects information, subject to audit, reported for the first half of 2013.
National Geographic, the official magazine of the National Geographic Society, reported a total paid and verified circulation of 300,744 copies in Canada. Hearst's
Cosmopolitan followed with 184,569, and
People, published by Time Inc., was No. 3 with 134,980.
The top three publications held their positions from the last AAM list, which tallied the second half of 2012.
Good Housekeeping is the only new presence in the Top 10, increasing 29.5% from 77,926 to 100,922.
Seventeen dropped from the Top 10, reporting 87,559 vs. 103,953 previously.
