Canadian Real Estate magazine rebrands, launches SIP
Canadian Real Estate magazine has rebranded itself to reflect content for "the advanced investor" and the average homeowner.

“We’ve rebranded Canadian Real Estate into Canadian Real Estate Wealth (CREW) to reflect the growing diversity of our readership,” said managing editor Nila Sweeney.
 
The name change, along with the rebranding of its website, took place earlier this month. The inaugural CREW magazine – the January 2012 issue – has already hit newsstands.

 

Canadian Real Estate Wealth, from KMI Media, incorporates extra content focused on helping homeowners make the leap to real estate investors, noted the managing editor.
 
“The year ahead promises to test the resolve of even the most hardened investors,” said Sweeney. ”But if you stay focused, maintain a healthy financial buffer and do rigorous due diligence, you could do well indeed.”
