Food lovers will soon have newsstand access to a publication focusing on their edible interests.

The 2012 Toronto Life Eating and Drinking Guide SIP hits newsstands on October 20. The annual Eating and Drinking issue promises the best of Toronto’s food, wine and dining scene to readers, and features the top 400 restaurants reviewed by Toronto Life critics; 'best of' roundups in BBQ, steak frites, burgers, seafood, pickles, kids, bread and brunch categories; profiles of Toronto chefs including David Neinstein, Dustin Gallagher, Hemant Bhagwani, Anthony Rose and Devon Connell; and more.

The 162-page guide will be available only on newsstands at select retail locations, including Gateway, Airport, Indigo/Chapters, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, and Loblaws for $9.95 until May 18, 2012.

This year marks the 11th edition of the annual guide, with the current edition's circulation at 41,000 copies.
