Truth be told, I was having a bad day on Friday and was let's say a more than little cranky and looking for a place to vent.
I was not trying to imply that women should get jobs ONLY because they're women, nor that they are at a disadvantage.
Obviously I took it a little far attacking #1 and men 50+ in the industry. (again I was really cranky)
I am obviously not a writer and I clearly do not have any skill in portraying my thoughts properly in writing.
I sincerely apologize to # 1 and for offending anyone else.
