Spacing senior editor launches Stroll City
Spacing magazine senior editor Shawn Micallef is launching Stroll City (@strollcity), a Twitter feed project in partnership with the Onestop Media Group’s TTC network of digital displays on subway platforms.

Micallef says he will tweet via the Stroll City account which will appear on Onestop Media TTC subway platform screens. Commuters can reply and see their responses on the screens as well, starting what he hopes will be a conversation about the city. The project was inspired by Micallef’s book, Stroll: Psychogeographic Walking Tours of Toronto.

Stroll City runs from September 21 to October 5. The Onestop Media Group also produces the Toronto Underground Film Festival (TUFF) which shows short films on its network of TTC digital subway screens.

Spacing
magazine’s election issue is released next Sunday, September 26 at the Toronto Word on the Street Festival.
