|
Awards season continued over the weekend at the Marriot Harbourfront Hotel in Halifax, where this year’s Atlantic Journalism Awards were handed out Saturday. Magazines took home prizes in three categories:
Philip Lee won in the Best Article category for his article “Sold!” published in Saltscapes Magazine;
Eleanor Beaton won gold in the Best Profile category for a piece titled “What’s Up with Mickey?” published Atlantic Business Magazine; and
Buddhadharma won in the Best Cover category for its Spring 2007 front page.
We hope to have some photos from the event up later this week.
