It’s time for editors, art directors and writers from the prairies and British Columbia to begin sorting through the best work from 2007: the Western Magazine Awards Foundation will begin accepting nominations on Feb. 4.  Western magaziners will then have until Feb. 27 to get their entries in.

The entry fees are $31.50 for stories and/or art that appeared in a magazine with a circulation of 20,000 or less; and $42 if the entry appeared in a magazine with circ over 20,000.

The 2008 awards will be handed out on June 20, 2008 at the River Rock Casino Resort.
