iMarketing Solutions Group, North America’s preeminent integrated marketing services company is looking for a National Publications Sales Manager to work in their expanding Toronto Call Centre.

Duties of this position:

Oversee and manage current Publication Sales Agents
Recruit, train, and motivate new and existing Publication Sales Agents
Work with and implement departmental sales targets and budgets
Co-ordinate and facilitate the collection of art work, ad copy and client billing
Maintain and retain existing client base through ongoing communication
Create and implement a national sales strategy

Applicants should be comfortable:

Working with minimal supervision
Adhering to deadlines and schedules
Looking for ways maximize current publication agents
Advising senior management on departmental growth opportunities
Understanding and enhancing customer and client relationships

Skills required:

Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset
Time Management
Microsoft and computer literacy
